What is your return & refund policy?
Changed My Mind /I Don't Like It - For digital full-priced items received within seven (7) days from the delivery date for a full refund/exchange. The following items will not be eligible for a refund: any discounted promotional items.
Wrong Product/Doesn't Match Product Info- You have seven (7) days from delivery to notify us if the wrong product was delivered or the product does not match the corresponding description. Photographic evidence of the product are required. Submit a refund request and we will assess the claim and respond. If the claim is substantiated, we will offer either a replacement or full refund.

How long does a return or refund take to process?
Once your returned item has been successfully received and processed by our warehouse team, please allow up to 3-5 business days for your refund to be issued. (Please note that orders are only shipped out Monday-Friday). Refunds are allocated back to your original form of payment used for purchase.

How cancel, change or modify my order?
In the event you wish to cancel, change or modify your order, you MUST contact us within 24 hours of placing the order. Please submit a support ticket. Be advised that any cancellations or order modifications requests sent after 24 hours of completion of purchase may be too late to cancel if the processing time has been initiated.

It typically takes 24 hours to process your order. If your package exceeds the standard processing period, it's normally due to the fact that a particular item(s) requires a longer processing time.
